CHAPTER THIRTY

A SEER OF THE DIVINE REVELATION
IN THE PRESENT AGE

In conclusion, Brother Nee, as a unique gift of the age given by the Lord to His Body for His move of the recovery on the earth, should be considered as a seer of the divine visions in the present age according to what he had seen of the divine revelation. The major items of the divine visions he has seen are as follows:

1. The Triune God—the Divine Trinity:
1. The Father as the source.
2. The Son as the embodiment of the Father.
3. The Spirit as the realization of the Son.
2. The eternal plan of God:
1. God made, in eternity past, an eternal plan (economy) according to the desire of His good pleasure.
2. To make Christ, the second of the Divine Trinity, the centrality and universality in God's creation and redemption for Him to have the preeminence in all things.
3. To have a church to match Christ as His counterpart, His Body, and His fullness; as a new man in God's new creation; and as God's household, house, and kingdom.
4. This Christ is to be the Savior, the Head, the life, and the element of the church.
5. This Christ will be the Ruler of the millennial kingdom and will have His overcoming believers as His co-kings for one thousand years.
6. This Christ will also be the center and reality of the New Jerusalem, the holy city, as a mutual dwelling of God and His redeemed to express the processed Triune God forever.
3. The incarnation of the Triune God:
1. Of God the Father.
2. In God the Son.
3. With God the Spirit.
4. To be the embodiment and the expression of the Triune God.
5. To bring God into man, making God one with man as a God-man.
6. To have God united with man.
4. Christ as the Son of God:
1. The embodiment of the Godhead.
2. The centrality and universality in the divine dispensation:
1. In creation.
2. In redemption.
3. In the church life.
4. In the Christian life.
5. Having the preeminence in all the above four items.
