AND THE YEAR OF JUBILEE

- The Sabbath:
- Being the principal denotation of all the annual feasts.
- A complete rest.
- A holy convocation.
- Not doing any work.
- A sabbath to Jehovah.
- The holy feasts:
- The Feast of the Passover.
- The Feast of Unleavened Bread.
- The Feast of Firstfruits.
- The Feast of Pentecost.
- The Feast of the Blowing of Trumpets.
- The Feast of Expiation.
- The Feast of Tabernacles.
- The Sabbath year.
- The year of jubilee:
- The jubilee coming out of eight consecutive Sabbath years:
- Being the Pentecostal year, comprising eight eighth years.
- Those who lost their possession returning to it.
- Those who were in slavery being released.
- The significance of the jubilee:
- The New Testament age as the year of jubilee to the God-redeemed believers:
- Returning to the possession lost in Adam.
- Those under the slavery of sin being set free.
- The jubilee in the millennium:
- To inherit the land lost through Adam.
- To be freed from the slavery of the old creation.
- The jubilee in the new heaven and new earth:
- To inherit the new earth as an eternal inheritance.
- To be freed from all slavery.
