THE KINGDOM OF GOD

OUTLINE

1. The designations:
   1. The kingdom of God.
   2. The kingdom of the heavens.
   3. The kingdom of God’s beloved Son.
   4. The kingdom of Christ and of God, the kingdom of the Lord and of His Christ, and the eternal kingdom of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
   5. The kingdom of the Father and the kingdom of the Son of Man.
   6. The kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world.
2. The kingdom of God being the church in this age:
   1. Repenting and believing in the gospel being for the entry into the kingdom of God.
   2. Regeneration being the entrance into the kingdom of God.
   3. The kingdom of God being the reality of the church life:
      1. Those not remaining in the church life not inheriting the kingdom of God.
      2. Those growing and developing in the life of God in the church life being richly and bountifully supplied with the entrance into the kingdom of God.
      3. The spiritual living of the church being the reality of the kingdom of the heavens in the kingdom of God.
      4. The worldly appearance of the church being the appearance of the kingdom of the heavens in the kingdom of God.
3. The kingdom of God being the millennial kingdom in the coming age:
   1. The heavenly part.
   2. The earthly part:
      1. The restored kingdom of Israel.
      2. The restored nations.
4. The kingdom of God being the new heavens and new earth with the New Jerusalem as its center in eternity:
   1. The New Jerusalem.
   2. The surrounding nations.
5. The seed and the development of the kingdom of God:
   1. The seed:
      1. Christ being the first seed.
      2. The believers also being seeds.
   2. The development:
      1. The propagation and multiplication of Christ as the seed of the kingdom of God.
      2. Christ becoming a great mountain filling the whole earth.
6. Inheriting the kingdom of God being different from receiving the eternal life.
