This book is composed of translated messages given by Brother Witness Lee in the conferences in Malaysia from October 23 to November 7, 1990. Chapters one and two contain messages given in Kota Kinabulu on the divine dispensing as seen from the Gospel of John. Chapters three to seven with the two supplementary words comprise the messages given in Sibu on the divine dispensing as seen from the book of Romans. Chapters eight to ten are composed of messages given in Kuching on the divine dispensing as seen from 1 and 2 Corinthians. Chapters eleven to fifteen comprise the messages given in Petaling Jaya on the divine dispensing as seen from Ephesians. The original messages were given in Chinese.

The outline and the Scripture reading at the beginning of each chapter are meant to be used as a help for saints to share the riches in each chapter corporately in meetings of mutuality.
